Manufacturing Requirements:

  • 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred

  • Must have transportation, NOT accessible by public transportation

  • Pass a 7-year criminal background check and drug screen

  • Pre-employment COVID testing and Drug Testing Required


Physical Requirements:

  • Repetitive bending from the upright position to approximately a 35 degree angle

  • Ability to push, pull, or drag molds or truck caps weighing approx. 300 lbs.

  • Able to use basic hand tools. Must physically be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs with frequent bending

  • Ability to work on feet for 8-10 hour shifts

  • Must be willing to work shifts and overtime as needed, including 10-hour shifts. Able to perform other related duties as assigned

  • Must be able to frequently reach overhead, bend/stoop, push/pull, twist, stand, walk, perform repetitive hand movements, and lift and/or carry up to 50lbs.

  • Visually must be able to inspect product. Must be capable of donning personal protective equipment including respirators, safety glasses, safety boots, earplugs, and gloves

  • Able to work primarily in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, water and extreme heat and cold, vibrations and noise

  • Successful applicants should be ambitious, dedicated and have a sincere interest in working hard and being part of producing a quality product

  • Get Paid WEEKLY

  • Competitive wages up to .65 cents per mile for the first year, plus a commission per unit delivered (depending on location) 

  • Quarterly Safety Bonus up to $6,000/yr. (Conditions Apply)

$15,000 Sign-On Retention Bonus for OTR Drivers**

  • Sign-on/Retention Bonus is earned and paid out over the first 3 years of employment. 

  • Subject to appropriate taxation.

  • $1,000 paid out after the first 90 days of employment.

  • $1,000 will be paid out after the 1st year of employment.

  • $3,000 will be paid out after the 2nd year of employment

  • Final $10,000 will be paid out after the 3rd year of employment. 

Run Details:

  • This is a Full Time Position with Interstate travel (OTR) normally staying home over the weekends.

  • Must be able to travel the 16 eastern states, preferable if you can drive into Canada.



  • Pre-Employment Requirements

  • Ability to pass background check

  • Must submit and pass to drug testing and a criminal background check

  • Preferable to be able to enter and drive in Canada (USA Passport)

Education, Licensing & Certifications:

  • Must be 21 years or older

  • Must have good driving record (MVR)

  • Possession of a valid Commercial Class A
    Driver’s License

  • Possession of Current Medical Card

  • 1 year or more of recent Class A driving

**Over-the-Road (OTR) truck drivers are not eligible for retention bonus while on approved leave of absence.
